The goal of this kick off meeting has been to establish the components of the cooperation between the 6 actors of this project, discuss the activities of each workpackage, the practical application with the participants, the different tools that will be used, and the impact measures and measurement of the project.

The expected results were :

• Monthly Monitoring Meeting – participation of all partners
• Project Management Tool – Use of Teamwork
